In 2008 Homebase Skateshop was in need of a revamp of their website with a very tight deadline. Since the first site, we’re now on the third version, each one more robust and fully featured. This latest site, launched in the second quarter of 2012 puts focus on featured events, an integrated e-commerce store front and utilizes social media services like Tumblr, Facebook commenting and Twitter integration. Through each of these updates web traffic has increased, driving more business into the front door of this retail business and the addition of an online store has helped boost revenue nationwide. I also handle the product photography for the online store, consult on Facebook fan page interactions and consult on business decisions.
